Our First Event: A Beautiful Beginning for the Expat Women’s Community in Cairo

This weekend marked an exciting milestone for the Expat Women’s Community in Cairo

as we hosted our very first official event.

A huge thank you to all the incredible women who joined us—your presence made the event truly special! It was heartwarming to see so many of you come together, connect, and share your unique journeys as expats in Egypt.
The day was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and the start of new friendships. We had a lovely setting with delicious treats, a beautiful photo zone, and an inviting atmosphere.
It was the perfect way to kick off our community!
We also had the honor of cutting the ribbon, symbolizing the official launch of this community,
a space where expat women in Cairo can feel empowered, supported, and connected.
It was a meaningful moment, marking the start of something truly special.
And of course, we all enjoyed a slice (or two!) of the most delicious cake to celebrate this milestone!
Looking ahead, our mission is clear: to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where women from all over the world can come together, share their experiences, and thrive as expats in Cairo.

We plan to organize more events—think cultural outings, wellness workshops, and career networking sessions—designed to enrich your time in Egypt and help you forge meaningful connections.
Thank you again to everyone who came—you inspire us to keep building this wonderful community. And for those who couldn’t join us this time, we missed you, but hope to see you at our next event!
